West Virginia Constitutional Carry UPDATE:
Eligible adults 18+ may legally carry a concealed handgun in West Virginia without a permit, provided they meet all applicable requirements.
A West Virginia Concealed Handgun License can still provide valuable benefits, including reciprocity in 33 other states.
