You may have 9-24 free sessions offered by your employers EAP that you could use for therapy. Many people don’t realize they have this important benefit. I contract with LYRA EAP (Walmart, Starbucks, Ford, Nationwide, Kroger among many others!) and other therapists may contract with yours if it isn’t Lyra. Worth checking out!
