“The problem we had was getting staff members to consistently and concisely communicate the value of ordering annual supplies of soft contact lenses. Using LensQuote has helped make this presentation standardized and effective. I also like the ability for staff to quickly be able to pull a quote comparison for dailies vs. monthlies to help patient decision making about the overall cost differences between modalities once rebates and in-office discounts are factored in.
Lastly, if a patient is test driving a certain contact lens, it is nice to be able to print a LensQuote for them to take with them. Once they decide they want to order, it facilitates the communication process when they reach out to my staff to place the order. LensQuote is definitely worth the monthly subscription fee and is a daily part of our conversations with patients.”
