Investing in people is one of the best investments we can make.

Recently, several BRC and MHCO Care Partners participated in leadership training through Ohio Northern University. Throughout the program, they explored topics such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership development while gaining new skills they can bring back to their teams and those we serve every day.

We are proud of their commitment to personal and professional growth and grateful for the knowledge, dedication, and leadership they bring to our organization. Congratulations to all who participated!

We had the privilege of gathering together to celebrate and thank the incredible individuals who generously share their time, talents, and compassion with our residents, elders, families, and staff.

Whether they're assisting with activities, visiting with residents, helping at events, providing transport assistance, or lending a hand behind the scenes, our volunteers make a lasting impact every day.

Thank you for your dedication, kindness, and servant hearts. We are truly grateful for all you do to enrich life across our MHCO communities!

Residents at Maple Crest enjoyed creating their own beautiful arrangements at our Bouquet Bar. From selecting their favorite blooms to designing unique bouquets, it was a wonderful afternoon filled with creativity, conversation, and color.

We loved spending the afternoon creating, sharing a meal, and talking about the exciting growth happening at MHCO — including the future of our Willow Ridge development project. This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

At MHCO, many of our residents and families carry personal memories of wartime, sacrifice, and loved ones who never made it home. Today is a reminder that freedom has always come at a very human cost.

As we gather with family and friends this weekend, may we also take a quiet moment to reflect with gratitude, remembrance, and respect.
