Sing with us! The movement is community organizing, and yes there is singing! When we sing, our exhales become longer and our nervous systems become more grounded. Together we resonate, co-regulate and amplify the collective frequency of love, joy and solidarity!

Throwback to a beautiful sunset. I have no words to describe the emotional and visceral effect of the violence and depravity that is surfacing and being revealed right now. To say it is triggering is a gross understatement. However, it is indeed deeply triggering and I am having natural responses of outrage, disgust, horror and grief. The dark underbelly of human consciousness writhes and rears its multiple heads. The people in power in the U.S. got there by privilege and by force. The culturally conditioned rules you think you are supposed to be living by are lies. My heart goes out to all survivors and to the families of those who have not survived. Do what you need to do to take care of yourself. No explanation needed.
