Today, we celebrate Kathy!

Kathy came to Continuing Healthcare of Boardman after a recent hospitalization for a hip replacement. Kathy received skilled nursing and rehabilitation care that included Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. She was provided safety instructions with homemaking activities in preparation for her return home. Kathy said "I can't wait to make spaghetti and meatballs when I get home!"

Kathy has successfully returned home with her husband and son. It was a pleasure to help you return home to independent living!
