NEO Urology Associates Inc. NEO Urology Associates, Inc. is a comprehensive Urology practice serving the Youngstown / Warren Ohio areas. We have offices in Austintown and Boardman Ohio.

NEO Urology six physician Urology practice that was established in 1974. Dr. Richard Memo and Dr. Robert Ricchiuti have practiced together for more than 40 years and introduced their sons to the practice beginning in 2002. Dr. Vincent Ricchiuti, Dr. Daniel Ricchiuti, and Dr. Mark Memo have proudly joined their fathers in Urologic practice. In 2020 NEO Urology was proud to include Dr. David Drevna

into the practice. The practice provides comprehensive Urologic care to patients from Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Boardman, Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Youngstown, Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren, and The Surgical Hospital of Southwoods. Our highly skilled and friendly staff is happy to assist you with all of your needs.

NEO Urology will be open Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at both locations. We are sorry for the disruption in care. Please bear with us as we have hundreds of phone calls to source in the next couple of days. If you’re having a urologic issue that needs direct attention please come to the office and we’ll try to source it in an expeditious fashion.

NEO Urology as of 9 o’clock on Monday, July 6, 2026 remains without power and Internet. As a result, we have no access to our electronic medical records and our phone system. Tuesday, July 7, 2026 both of our locations, Boardman and Austintown, will be closed. If you have an emergency, we direct you to our local emergency departments. We are working diligently behind the scenes to restore all of our internal operations and to bring back our urologic services to the Tri-County.
