September is Su***de Prevention Month. 💙

Sending love to everyone who is struggling right now, everyone who has survived an attempt, everyone grieving someone they’ve lost, and everyone quietly carrying more than the people around them realize.

Su***de prevention starts with connection. Sometimes that means asking, “Are you okay?” and being willing to truly listen to the answer. It means creating spaces where people feel safe enough to speak honestly, without judgment or shame.

If you’re struggling, you do not have to carry it alone. Reaching out for support is not a weakness. It is a step toward healing.

And if someone you love is struggling, your presence matters more than you may realize.

You are not alone. Your life matters. Help is available.

If you or someone you know is in crisis or thinking about su***de, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Navigating mental health care and recovery can feel completely overwhelming when clients and families try to do it all alone.

With 17 years of nursing experience, Managing Partner Sarah Frias, LPN, has seen firsthand where the system often breaks down. Individuals receive a treatment plan or leave a facility, but the real challenge begins when they step back into daily life. That critical transition is exactly where clinical expertise and compassionate case management make all the difference.

At Next Level Wellness and Behavioral Health, Sarah brings her passion for individualized care by providing true, hand-holding transitional support. Our team meets clients exactly where they are to ensure nothing slips through the cracks:

• Sourcing the right psychiatrists, therapists, and medical specialists
• Scheduling appointments, coordinating logistics, and ensuring consistent attendance
• Hands-on medication management, including organizing weekly med containers and administering injections
• Designing custom care plans tailored to each client’s unique routine and goals
Sustainable wellness is never one-size-fits-all. Whether someone needs structured daily oversight or dedicated transitional guidance, our team is committed to walking beside them through every step of the journey.

No one has to navigate recovery alone. Reach out via direct message or visit the link in the bio to learn how Sarah and the Next Level Wellness team can support your family.

Sometimes expansion starts with a business plan. Sometimes, it starts with people.

Over the past few years, our CEO, Amanda Marino, has had the privilege of building meaningful relationships with inspiring women across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia who are helping change the conversation around wellness, mental health, recovery, leadership, and community.

One of those connections began through Hilary Phelps and the co-founders of Next ChaptHER, Anina, Alicia, and Lindsay. Attending and sponsoring Next ChaptHER introduced Amanda and our team to a community that welcomed us with genuine warmth and generosity.

Those relationships showed us that Next Level Wellness & Behavioral Health was not simply entering a new market. We were being welcomed into a community where we could make a meaningful impact.

September 1 marks the opening of our second location in the Washington, D.C. area. This milestone is about more than a new office. It is about the families who trust us, the people who opened doors, and the opportunity to bring personalized, compassionate behavioral health care to more individuals throughout the DMV.

We are grateful to everyone who has welcomed, supported, and believed in our work.

Here’s to continuing to build care that feels personal, connected, and truly next level.🩵

Today is International Overdose Awareness Day. 💜

When someone you love is struggling with substance use, the signs can be easy to miss, explain away, or feel too painful to address. But noticing changes and responding with compassion can be an important first step toward getting support.

Swipe to learn six signs that may indicate a loved one is struggling, including:

Denial or defensiveness

Strained relationships

Changes in physical health

Financial stress

Legal issues

Isolation or withdrawal

These signs do not define a person, and they are not a reason for shame or judgment. They can be signals that someone may need care, understanding, and connection.

If you are worried about someone, start with a compassionate conversation. Listen without judgment, express your concern, and help connect them with professional support when they are ready.

You do not have to navigate this alone. Support is available for individuals and families.

Eating disorders do not always look the way people expect them to.

They can exist in a crowded room, in a classroom, at work, during a race, or behind a person who seems to be doing “just fine.” They affect people of every age, gender, body size, background, and walk of life.

The numbers are staggering, but behind every statistic is a real person who deserves compassion, support, and access to care.

At Next Level Wellness & Behavioral Health, our concierge eating disorder support services are designed to meet you where you are with personalized, high-touch care every step of the way. From recovery coaching and daily structure to transitional case management and in-home support, we help create a path that feels safe, supported, and sustainable.

You do not have to navigate recovery alone. We collaborate closely with your therapist, dietitian, physician, and care team to ensure everything is aligned and working in your best interest.

Whether you are stepping down from treatment or looking for additional support in your everyday environment, we are here to help you build a strong, lasting foundation for recovery.

Andrea and Amanda first when they were 18, and 11 years ago, Andrea became Amanda’s client during one of the darkest periods of her life.

Their connection was grounded in shared experiences, honest conversation, and the kind of understanding that can only come from someone who truly recognizes the journey you have been on.

Amanda helped Andrea begin moving toward healing, hope, and a different path forward.

Now, more than a decade later, Andrea’s visit with Amanda is a meaningful full-circle moment. She has watched Amanda overcome challenges of her own and build a life, home, and mission centered on compassion, purpose, and helping others heal.

At Next Level Wellness & Behavioral Health, we believe every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and understood. Andrea’s story is a beautiful reminder that healing is possible, growth is real, and one meaningful connection can make a lasting impact.

Thank you, Andrea, for sharing your story and trusting us with this powerful reminder of what hope can do. 🤍

Recovery does not look the same for everyone.

It may include therapy, support groups, learning how to navigate difficult emotions, setting boundaries, taking a detour, or simply making it through a hard day. There is no need to wait until things feel “bad enough” to ask for help.

At Next Level Wellness & Behavioral Health, our concierge services offer individualized, private support designed around your unique needs, lifestyle, and recovery goals. We meet you where you are and help you take the next step with compassion, discretion, and a plan that feels right for you.

Your healing does not need to be perfect to be meaningful. Every step forward matters.

Join Eric Bolling, Founder at B2BUp Consulting & THE Orange Growth, and me for a live webinar Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 12:30 PM EST on the Levels Without Limits Series “Levels Without Limits: Almost dead. Fully alive.”

Eric Bollig, known as THE Orange Guy, is a B2B growth strategist and entrepreneur from Cologne, Germany. After surviving a life threatening medical crisis with only a 10% chance of survival, Eric was given something that changed everything: a second chance at life. Today, he turns that perspective into action. He combines more than 20 years of B2B experience with AI, human intelligence, bold communication and a mind that has learned to see ADHD as a strength rather than a limitation. As THE Orange Guy, Eric helps businesses challenge the status quo, build smarter systems and turn growth into something intentional. His philosophy is simple: Think differently. Build boldly. Make the time you have count.

Overdose does not have one face, one zip code, or one story.

It can affect the student with big plans, the professional balancing deadlines, the parent holding everything together, and the person everyone assumes is “fine.” Substance use and overdose do not discriminate.

Stigma keeps people silent. Compassion, education, and accessible support can save lives.

Let’s stop asking what addiction is supposed to look like and start making space for honest conversations, early intervention, and recovery.

If you or someone you love is struggling, Next Level Wellness & Behavioral Health is here to help.
