A heartfelt thank you to the ALW Collaborative Men’s Mental Health Brunch for allowing us to serve as a sponsor of this important event.

Men continue to face unique challenges when it comes to mental health, often carrying the weight of stress, trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, and depression in silence. Events like this create something incredibly valuable: a safe space for honest conversation, connection, education, and support. By bringing together professionals, advocates, community leaders, and individuals with lived experience, we help break down stigma and encourage men to seek help before they reach a crisis point.

At Full-Life, we believe that meaningful change happens when communities come together to support the whole person. We are proud to stand alongside organizations that are committed to advancing mental wellness, promoting recovery, and creating pathways to hope.

Looking forward to an inspiring morning of conversation, collaboration, and action as we continue working toward a future where every man knows that seeking support is a sign of strength—not weakness.

What a week! had the privilege of connecting with incredible professionals and community partners across multiple events this past week— continuing our mission of building stronger pathways to care and support.

We connected with Jessica Mills of CooperRiis at Asheville in Asheville, NC, for meaningful conversations around crisis intervention services, therapeutic support, and transportation solutions that help individuals access the care they need. Such a refreshing connection.

Robinson and Casey collaborated with The Bridge Sober Living in Delray Beach, FL, discussing the importance of the Marchman Act process and how structured, recovery-focused sober living environments can create the foundation for lasting change and long-term recovery. Thank you, Michael Ossip, Amanda Bassos and your teams for the warm invitation.

We also had the opportunity to engage with fellow behavioral health professionals at a recent Mental Health Counselors Association of Palm Beach County (MHCAPBC) event, focused on, “Addressing AI Threats to Mental Health: Burnout, Parasocial Relationships, and “AI Psychosis” by Dr. Alexander Danvers.

The event brought together clinicians and community partners dedicated to improving outcomes through interdisciplinary collaboration and innovative approaches to mental health care.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to connect, collaborate, and share their expertise. Partnerships like these strengthen our behavioral health community and ultimately create better outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.

Families usually know they need more help when a loved one is struggling with severe mental illness - they just don't know where to find it.

While they might not be familiar with terms like "comprehensive case management" or "assertive community treatment," once they learn what it actually means, it's often exactly the kind of support they've been searching for.

Hear directly from our founders and licensed therapists, John Puls and Brian Pagan, as they break down what comprehensive case management is and how it can help your family navigate this journey.

How Long Should Families Wait?

When a loved one is struggling with addiction or a serious mental health condition, families are often told to be patient, give it time, and hope things improve.

But when does patience become a barrier to recovery?

Join Full-Life Comprehensive Care’s Co-Founder & COO, John Puls, LCSW, MCAP, and Craig Robinson, Esq., MSW, for an important LinkedIn Live discussion exploring The Cost of Waiting in Addiction and Mental Health Crises.

Too often, families feel stuck between respecting autonomy and protecting someone they love. This discussion will provide valuable insight into recognizing when action may be needed and what options are available when a person continues to cycle through crisis.

At Full-Life, we understand that early intervention, comprehensive support, and informed decision-making can make all the difference in a person’s path toward recovery and stability. Join us.

As kids return home for the summer, it’s important for parents to stay mindful of shifts in mood, eating habits, behavior, and overall wellbeing—especially when it comes to substance use, va**ng, screen time, and technology habits.

Sometimes the signs are subtle. Increased isolation, anxiety, sleep changes, emotional outbursts, or excessive tech use can all signal that a child may be struggling.

Watch for:
• Mood or anxiety shifts.
• Changes in eating or sleep patterns.
• Social withdrawal or loss of interest.
• Increased substance use, va**ng, or screen dependence.

Our comprehensive care team provides compassionate, evidence-based support for tweens, teens, and college students navigating these challenges. From individual therapy and family counseling to guidance on building healthier tech boundaries, we’re here to support your child’s whole wellbeing—emotionally, mentally, and relationally.

You don’t have to navigate it alone. 💙

A reminder to join our Co-Founder & COO, John Puls, for an upcoming virtual CE presentation in partnership with the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors.

This important training will provide healthcare and behavioral health professionals with a deeper understanding of the growing use of ketamine, kava, and kratom — including current trends, therapeutic implications, clinical risks, legal considerations, and intervention strategies. Attendees will also explore evidence-based approaches to screening, assessment, and treatment as these substances continue to impact the mental health and recovery landscape.

We’re proud to support conversations that advance knowledge, clinical awareness, and better outcomes in behavioral healthcare.

This Men’s Mental Health Month, we want every man to remember this: Even in your darkest moments, your light still exists.

Too often, men are taught to stay silent, carry the weight alone, and push through pain without support. But true strength is found in honesty, healing, connection, and the courage to seek help when needed.

This month, we encourage men everywhere to check in with themselves, check in with each other, and continue finding their light one step at a time.

We’re here.

We were honored to attend the meaningful butterfly release hosted by Faulk Center for Counseling in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month. The event brought together community leaders, advocates, and organizations committed to advancing mental health awareness and support throughout our community.

A special moment of the evening included a proclamation from the City of Boca Raton recognizing Mental Health Awareness Month, with remarks from Mayor Andy Thomson whose continued leadership and support help elevate the importance of mental health initiatives across the city.

We were also proud to have John Puls in attendance representing NAMI Palm Beach County in his role as a valued Board Member, reflecting the power of collaboration and advocacy in supporting individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges.

Thank you to everyone involved for creating such a thoughtful and impactful event centered on hope, healing, and community connection.
