А вы давно благодарили себя? За возможность делать вдох и выдох, за умение стоять на ногах и сделать просто шаг, благодарили за достижения, за то, что мы испытываем эмоции, за то, что мы имеем и этот список можно продолжать и продолжать.
Само слово “благодарность» несет в себе смысл – я даю «благо». Благодарность себе открывает резонанс с собой, поддерживает, вдохновляет и помогает увидеть сотни плюсов в самом себе.
Как бы не обстояли ваши отношения с самим собой, давайте улучшать их и совершенствовать, давайте практиковать «БЛАГОДАРНОСТЬ СЕБЕ И СВОЕМУ ТЕЛУ». Ведь, когда мы благодарим себя, мы начинаем лучше относиться к себе и ценить себя, не ожидая пока нас оценят другие. Когда мы умеем благодарить себя, развивается чувство собственного достоинства, уверенность в себе, снижается уровень стресса, укрепляется иммунитет и улучшается качество жизни.

Dear friends, we invite you to join us for the "108 Rounds of Surya Namaskar" practice in celebration of International Day of Yoga!

The practice of "108 Sun Salutations" fills you with strength and bestows the active energy of the sun.

108 is a special number symbolizing perfection and success in Vedic culture, Hinduism, Buddhism, astrology, and numerology. It holds a unique significance in the philosophy of yoga. It is believed that 108 attempts leads a person to a new level of mastery in any endeavor.

Get ready for a memorable and invigorating practice that will immerse you in a world of new sensations and possibilities. Transformations begin after just 10 rounds! Your body becomes softer, stronger, and more courageous!

The session program includes:

Warm-up and preparation for the practice;
Breakdown of the sequence;
Performance of the 108-round complex;
Shavasana accompanied by the sounds of crystal bowls.
Before starting the "108 Surya Namaskar" complex, set your intention for the practice - your sankalpa!

Let's embark on this practice together, flowing in unison with our breath and movements.

May brings us Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day celebrations alongside school exams, hectic schedules, and summer planning. Many of us have our plates full, and stress levels are high. As you know, stress is the precursor to many health issues when it is chronic. However, you can and must get out of this cycle by taking time for yourself. This Sunday, May 7th, Sasha from YagaYoga and Olga from OlgaYoga, are hosting our first YogaBrunch from 10 AM to 1 PM EST. This event is meant to be a mini-retreat with a few people in the studio setting where you can disconnect from the world in the smooth yoga flow, followed by sound meditation and brunch

Grab your friend, loved one, mom, kid(s), relatives, and co-workers to join us pre-Mother's Day mini-retreat on May 7th from 10 AM to 1 PM EST!!! The space is limited to ten participants!

Let's start Mother's Day celebration together! This event is the first "Yoga Brunch" in the new YagaYoga, led by the studio owner Aleksandra and Olga from OlgaYoga, located near the beach in Boca Raton. It will be a relaxing three hours with a yoga flow followed by sound meditation and brunch (light snacks, drinks (non-alcohol), yogurt, and more will be served)!

We cannot wait to see you there!
