🏆 Your Growth Deserves an Award ✨

We spend so much time celebrating other people’s accomplishments that we sometimes forget to recognize our own. Whether you’ve been setting better boundaries, choosing yourself, getting through a difficult season, or simply showing up for yourself a little more lately, that deserves some recognition, too. 🤍

So, if you could give yourself an award for something you’ve done or grown through recently, what would it be called? 👀

Drop your award title in the comments and give yourself the recognition you deserve. 🏆✨

Today, we’re opening up an important conversation.

For Su***de Prevention Day, we had the privilege of sitting down with our own Maria Bedoya, LMHC-QS, to talk about su***de prevention, the importance of community, and what it truly means to show up for someone who may be struggling.

Maria’s work in the community has given her firsthand insight into just how important it is to create spaces where people feel safe enough to speak, ask for help, and know they don’t have to face difficult moments alone.

We hope this conversation reminds you that you don’t need to have all the right words to make a difference. Sometimes, simply checking in, listening, and letting someone know you’re there can mean more than you realize.

Take a few moments to hear Maria’s perspective, and share this conversation with someone who may need the reminder that they are seen, they are valued, and they are not alone.
