We’re excited to welcome Cassie, Licensed Massage Therapist, to the Balance Spa team!

Cassie specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Cupping, with a strong focus on creating a massage experience that reflects exactly what each client needs.

Cassie begins each session by understanding the client’s goals, whether they’re seeking relief from pain and muscular tension or simply need time to relax and recharge. She thoughtfully adjusts her approach throughout the massage, providing focused therapeutic work where needed while ensuring each client feels comfortable and cared for.

For clients experiencing muscular discomfort, Cassie focuses on identifying and releasing trigger points and may recommend stretches to help maintain results between visits. For those looking to unwind, she creates a calming session centered on relaxation and restoration.

Originally from Michigan and raised across nine different states, Cassie now calls South Florida home. Outside of the treatment room, she loves spending time in nature and is an avid reader and writer.
