A new class is up in the VOD library: Open and Flow to Balance.
The vinyasa in this class combines a moon salutation with a small sun salutation โ€” the latter done on the knees, a quieter, more inward variation than the standing version. Together they warm the body from the ground up, building on a hip-opening sequence that moves through pigeon variations, baddhakonasana, and a squat โ€” so that by the time you reach the standing balance poses, your hips, legs, and feet are genuinely ready.
A good class to return to when you want your balance work to feel earned.

Grateful to Be: Awakening to the Magic of Existence

Our bodies are the vehicles through which we experience the magic of existence, yet we so often take them for granted. In this Hatha Yoga class, we slow down to build a deep, conscious awareness of our physical selves. Through intentional breath, foundational postures, and mindful alignment, we will transform the way we inhabit our bodies. By tuning in to the subtle sensations of each movement, we shift our perspective from critique to celebrationโ€”cultivating a profound sense of gratitude for the living, breathing miracle that is life.

Core work and shoulder opening are often treated as separate agendas. In this class, they're one conversation.
Stability at the center creates the conditions for expansion at the shoulders โ€” and that relationship runs through the whole practice, from the floor to standing to prone and back again.
A grounded, detailed 75-minute practice for those who want to feel both held and open by the end.

Your lower back holds so much โ€” tension, history, the weight of the day.

In this class, we begin in stillness and move slowly through the body โ€” micro-motions of the pelvis, the openness of the hip, the quiet strength of Tree pose โ€” until we arrive, part by part, in genuine rest.

This is what practicing with us feels like. A place to unwind, to sense, to come home to yourself.

๐ŸŒฟ We teach live online Monday through Saturday โ€” three classes a day, morning hours EST, with Radha and Keshava. Can't make it live? Two new recorded classes are added to our VOD library every week, so your practice is always growing with you.

Join us. Your spine will thank you.

In this week's recorded class, we turn our attention to the back body โ€” the part of us we rarely see, yet carries so much.

We move through the spine, free the thoracic, and gently awaken the strength of the posterior chain, before melting into a deep, restful Shavasana.

A practice that leaves you feeling both alive and at ease.

๐ŸŒฟ Fulfillment & Awareness ~ We often believe that certain achievements or experiences will finally make us feel complete. But external things come and go โ€” and the feeling of fulfillment fades with them. What remains constant is awareness itself.
True fulfillment doesn't come from what we do, but from how present we are while doing it. Awareness is available in every moment, you simply need to choose it.

This week's class is now on the VOD โ€” The Sounding Spine.

We begin lying down, connecting the full length of the torso to ujjayi breath. Here, the sound vibration takes on a specific role: it carries us behind the mental motions, into a quieter layer before we even begin to move.

From there, the spine leads: releasing from seated, rising through tabletop to standing, moving between warriors, mobilizing in multiple directions. A prone sequence strengthens the posterior chain before we release into a twist. And then we return to stillness โ€” to the silence of fullness and the silence of emptiness.

New class, same invitation. Come practice. ๐Ÿ‘‰ keshavaradhayoga.com

The Depth of Movement: A Skin to Sensation Flow

In this practice, we peel back the layers of the external world, moving from the skin toward the deepest internal sensations. By slowing our pace to a near-standstill and consciously resisting the pull of gravity, we heighten our proprioception and balance. This is not just a physical workout, but a 'tuning' of the nervous systemโ€”an exploration of the internal world through deliberate, mindful movement.
