A new class is up in the VOD library: Open and Flow to Balance.
The vinyasa in this class combines a moon salutation with a small sun salutation โ the latter done on the knees, a quieter, more inward variation than the standing version. Together they warm the body from the ground up, building on a hip-opening sequence that moves through pigeon variations, baddhakonasana, and a squat โ so that by the time you reach the standing balance poses, your hips, legs, and feet are genuinely ready.
A good class to return to when you want your balance work to feel earned.
