There’s a vibration higher than love… It’s gratitude.

After every sound bath (and often before) I pause to thank God and the Universe for the gifts I’ve been given, and for the opportunity to use them in service.

I’m thankful for every person who joins me. Grateful to Anuttara Yoga Boca Raton for allowing me to offer these sessions in their beautiful, sacred studio. And grateful for these ancient practices and the wisdom they carry.

These are the patterns my voice creates as it passes through and “bends” the colored light waves of a cymascope. Sound waves create these beautiful patterns.
