It’s been a while since I introduced myself, so I thought it was time. 💙

I’m Lisa, a mom, advocate, healer, and the founder of Orah Energy.

For years, I’ve been in the trenches as a special-needs mom navigating schools, advocating for my child, fighting for support, hearing “no” far too many times, and learning what happens to a mother when she spends so much of herself taking care of everyone else.

And somewhere along the way, I realized something:

We can fight for our children without losing ourselves in the process.

That is a huge part of why I do what I do today.

I help special-needs parents who are exhausted, overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, or simply feel like they have disappeared somewhere inside the fight.

Through energy healing, guided meditation, sound, intuitive work, and energetic tools, I help you create space to breathe, release some of what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and begin feeling like you again.

This isn’t about telling you to “just think positive.”

I know what it feels like when your child needs you and you’re running on empty.

I know what it feels like to walk into your house after another difficult meeting and finally let the tears come.

And I know that sometimes the person who needs support the most is the person everyone expects to keep holding everything together.

I would hear, don’t you have anyone to help you?

No, I don’t. Even though my son is now 18, I cannot go away and leave him in charge. The reality is, many of you are caregiving around the clock with little to no help.
