Faulk Foundation, a nonprofit charitable foundation, with this objective: “to provide free and low-cost psychological and mental health consultation services to the needy.” In 1973 she established the Center for Group Counseling, the service arm of the Foundat

In 2013, to reflect its 40 years of growth and expansion of services beyond the group model, the “Center for Group Counseling” became known as the “Faulk Center for Counseling.” In doing so, the Board of Trustees took the opportunity to honor its founder, Dr. Elizabeth Faulk. The Center is located in Boca Raton on Boca Rio Road (south of Palmetto Park Road) in a custom-designed two-story, 16-sided building, which symbolizes the circle of group therapy. The Center provides counseling, therapy, and support to more than 1,000 clients each year.
