Genie was a dream to work with. She is high output and has been athletic and in shape most of her life and still going to the gym regularly.

Bodies with high athletic output require rest and VCM allows the body to go into parasympathetic function (rest & digest). Genie explained that she has been coming to understand and appreciate the necessity of rest for her body, and giving it what it needs.

We are grateful Genie was willing to share her experience with us and we were so pleased to share our work with her. Her face says it all.

Thank you Genie, for coming to the wellness expo and stopping by our booth to experience VCM for the first time. We look forward to sharing more.

If you, or someone you know would like to experience our work, please come or send them our way. Word of mouth referrals are a huge complement to us and our small business appreciates you beyond measure.

There’s beautiful magic that happens when he walks on me.

There’s an infinite mutually beneficial relationship between partners who can walk on each other therapeutically. When one of is needs the work, we are able to receive it.

As we have created a curriculum and have begun to teach students this ancient bodywork art, we are being asked to teach couples. Married couples, friend couples, siblings, etc.

Stay tuned for updates and retreat dates.

If you are interested in learning this work, let@us know. You do not need to be an LMT. If you would like to learn this work with your partner, we can and look forward to sharing it with you.

Vertical Compression Method for couples, coming soon.

Warm up at New Life Expo.

This work transformed my body and increased my longevity as a bodywork practitioner. If I had not come across this work I would have been finished with massage therapy because my body would have decided so.

If you, or someone you know is in the bodywork field and have not had a session, please contact us. We are happy to share this with you and your loved ones.

When someone comes in for a massage and it’s their first time ever receiving a massage, it is an incredible privilege. It’s the first time they are allowing themselves to receive on this level. It’s a huge sign of trust and almost a leap of faith.

As the person who is giving them this service, it’s a great honor. I get to experience their most relaxed face and their most grateful heart when it’s finished. Often the person has never felt so relaxed and good, overall, in their body.

If you have never had a massage, or if you have had many, we are here to provide sessions to support you and your body.

Our booking calendar is in the links of our bio. Find your session there or send us a message. We are here for you.

Sometimes I get to work on the beach. Sometimes I get to collaborate with incredible people and create healing in their body and in my own when we get to walk on each other.

Though I am glad to share all types of massage, according to what each body needs, Vertical Compression Method™️ is often my favorite because of its transformational components.

Thank you Deirdre Rose Covey Sarantes for sharing your gifts and for creating Wellness Retreats | The Peach Rose Connection in order to bring people home to their bodies, minds, and souls.

We are here to serve. We look forward to being of service to you.

It was a pleasure to meet Emme. As a student athlete, this type of bodywork does wonders for repair on recovery days.

She came in for her first session and loved it. I look forward to working with her more as the season begins and throughout her time at FAU.

If you would like to know more about the benefits of this work for athletes, stay tuned, we have much to share.

Feel free to send us a message at any time.
