Direct Primary Care of Boca Raton (DPC Boca) is a membership-based practice that offers unlimited visits, at cost prices for labs/medications/and imaging. Not to be confused with Concierge Medicine, DPC Boca

does not accept or bill insurance or Medicare in addition to your monthly fee. Our provider, Rachel Huerta, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who enjoys getting to know her patients and working together with them to achieve their health care goals. Rachel has extensive experience working both in hospital and outpatient settings and is well equipped to take care of your family! In addition to being a caring and competent Family Nurse Practitioner, Rachel is a leader in the Boca Raton community and believes that as a provider she is also an advocate for her patients. In June 2017, Rachel went to Capitol Hill with other Direct Primary Care providers to lobby on behalf of her patients to be able to have better access to care (more of that story to come!). Today, I had the privilege of celebrating the extraordinary life of Murray Levin. ❤️

Murray was 98 years young—a World War II veteran, generous giver, full of energy and life, deeply kind, and someone who truly believed in making the most of every day. He always told us he wanted to live to 150. While he didn’t quite make it to 150, he was gifted with 98 remarkable years—and he made every one of them count.

I was blessed to have the honor of caring for Murray for the past 16 years. Over that time, I had the privilege not only of caring for him as his Family Nurse Practitioner , but of getting to know him, his story, and the people who loved him most.

In his later years, I witnessed his family rally around him with incredible love, advocacy, strength, and devotion. They showed up for him, fought for him, celebrated him, and made sure he was surrounded by the people and care he needed.

Today, I was blessed to celebrate alongside Murray’s family and honor a life so well lived.

Murray, thank you for your service to our country, your generosity, your energy, your kindness, and the many lives you touched along the way.

You may not have made it to 150, but 98 years of a life this full is something worth celebrating. 🇺🇸❤️

Today, I had the privilege of celebrating the extraordinary life of Murray Levin. ❤️

Murray was 98 years young—a World War II veteran, generous giver, full of energy and life, deeply kind, and someone who truly believed in making the most of every day.
