We’re excited to welcome Rachel Kessler, Director of Strategic Partnership, to Quadrant Health Group!

With nearly seven years of experience in the treatment field, Rachel brings a strong background in both admissions and business development, along with a genuine passion for helping individuals and families connect with the care and support they need.

Rachel believes that connection, compassion, and trust are at the heart of this work. Her experience has shaped her commitment to building meaningful relationships, truly listening, and helping guide people in the right direction during some of life’s most difficult moments.

We’re expanding our footprint — and access to care. 💙

Quadrant Health Group is proud to welcome The Ohio Recovery Collective to our growing network of behavioral health programs.

Located in Steubenville, Ohio, The Ohio Recovery Collective will begin accepting clients Monday for substance use disorder treatment, including:

• Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Outpatient Program (OP)
• Client housing
• Virtual care options

This expansion allows us to bring quality, compassionate care to more individuals and families throughout Ohio and the surrounding region — while continuing our mission of making treatment more accessible to those who need it.

Today, on International Overdose Awareness Day, we remember the lives lost to overdose, stand beside the families and communities forever impacted, and recognize that every life is worth fighting for.

Overdose does not discriminate. Neither should compassion, support, or access to care.

At Quadrant Health Group, we believe in a future where fewer families experience this loss, and where anyone struggling knows that help, hope, and recovery are possible.
