⭐️ FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) voted to recommend that BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and MOTS-C be added to the 503A Bulks List, which would allow licensed compounding pharmacies to compound them if the FDA ultimately adopts the recommendation.

⭐️The votes were close (8–6 for BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV, and 7–5 for MOTS-C). 

However, this does not mean the FDA approved these peptides. Key distinctions:
• The committee is advisory—its recommendations are not binding on the FDA. 
• If the FDA follows the recommendation, it would mean these peptides could potentially be legally compounded by qualifying pharmacies under certain conditions—not that they have been proven safe and effective as FDA-approved drugs. 
• FDA staff scientists presented concerns during the meeting, noting that evidence for safety and effectiveness remains limited.
