Menopause brings many changes, and let’s be honest, sometimes it feels like everything is falling apart. Joint pain, back pain, changing body shape, decreased strength and mobility, bowel, bladder and sexual challenges, changing cognition and mood...all of these things can happen as our hormones decline.

So many changes can be disorienting and confusing.
They can make it hard to know how to move forward, how to best take care of ourselves to feel energetic, strong and flexible so that we can enjoy our lives.

What if you understood what was happening?
Ignorance is not bliss. Information not only gives us a sense of agency, it positively impacts our experience. Knowledge is power and connecting with each other and connecting the dots by talking about our shared experience validates that experience.
