✨ Meet Kristina Slanda ✨

We are deeply honored to introduce Kristina of Wild Heart Alchemy to The Womb Room as the facilitator of our Sacred & Sovereign Sobriety Circles.

Kristina’s work is rooted in the understanding that healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Through compassion, lived experience, and deep spiritual practice, she guides others toward reclaiming themselves beyond shame, labels, and rigid expectations. Her approach invites us to explore addiction not as a moral failing, but as a sacred opportunity to return home to ourselves with honesty, curiosity, and grace.

Drawing from her background as a certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and her studies in shamanic healing traditions, Kristina weaves together mindfulness, nervous system awareness, ritual, energy healing, mythology, and authentic community. The spaces she creates are gentle yet powerful containers for truth-telling, self-discovery, restoration, and remembrance.

Whether you are sober, sober-curious, questioning your relationship with substances, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, Kristina offers a path that honors your unique journey.

Tim carries this medicine with deep humility, curiosity, and heart.

Through his Dream Circles at The Womb Room, he creates space for exploration, imagination, and meaningful connection between the inner and outer worlds. His presence invites people to slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover the wisdom waiting within their own stories and dreams.

We are deeply grateful for the grounded magic, insight, and care Tim brings into this community. Thank you for helping others remember that there is still mystery here… still beauty… still meaning woven into being human. 🌙✨

Meet the co-creator and owner of the womb room - Ashley Mae💫

There is something incredibly sacred about watching a person remember who they are beneath the shame, conditioning, fear, and expectations placed upon them. That remembrance is at the heart of everything Ashley Mae brings into the Womb Room. ✨

As a bodyworker, facilitator, artist, and now co-owner of the space, Ashley is deeply passionate about creating containers where people can reconnect with their bodies, their voices, their sovereignty, and their humanity. Her work weaves together embodiment, sound medicine, intimacy coaching, storytelling, emotional honesty, ritual, and authentic connection.

Ashley’s approach is rooted in the belief that healing does not come from fixing ourselves, but from learning to meet ourselves with compassion, curiosity, and truth. Through touch, conversation, creativity, and community, she is devoted to helping dismantle shame while empowering others to reclaim their agency, boundaries, expression, and inner knowing.

The vision unfolding within the Womb Room is one of deeper connection, radical authenticity, collaboration, and remembrance, and Ashley is honored to continue growing alongside this beautiful community. 🤍
