I have the BEST patients! My sweet patient brought me this today - they said they knew I was out sick last week (I had to cancel their appointment) and might need to be cheered up.
🥹 🥹🥹 They noticed another glass pumpkin in my office and saw this and thought of me.

Seriously. Sometimes timing just blows me away.

Last week I had to have a tough conversation with a patient that wasn’t doing what was necessary for healing and we unfortunately needed to part ways…and it got me heading into this week questioning if I ever really do make a difference. 🫤

Then, this sweet gesture from a completely different patient, that I’ve been able to help several times with different things. Guys - it made my month!!

It may have seemed a small gesture to them, but it was a giant boost that I desperately needed! 🥰

Yes. Talk about it!!! Normalize this natural part of life!

Team USA figure skater Amber Glenn opened up about competing on her period after an emotional short program at the 2026 Winter Olympics. The American skater appeared tearful after finishing 13th in Tuesday’s short program on February 17, saying the experience had been physically and emotionally challenging.
