We’ve created a container for women who are craving connection, reflection, and meaningful support. 🫂

Introducing:
Women’s Support Group 🤍
This is an open, non-therapeutic space where you can share what’s real and receive the kind of support you actually need. Whether that’s being witnessed, reflected to, or gently guided.

🗓️ Every other Friday starting 9/19
🕕 6–7:15 PM at Zen Riot (Boise)
💫 $15 for Zen Riot students | $18 drop-in
👭 Limited to 8 women per meeting

This is not group therapy but it is intentional, heart-centered community care.

Introducing ✨Nervous System Reset ✨

We’ve designed this 2-day immersive experience as a more accessible way to support those seeking nervous system balance and resilience.

This shorter format offers transformative tools and practices while making healing more available to those unable to commit to longer programs.

🗓 Dates: February 15 & 16
⏰ Time: 12–4 PM each day
📍 Location: Zen Riot Yoga Studio, Zenden Room
👥 Spots Available: Only 10 to ensure a supportive environment

This 8-hour reset includes:
✨ Guided yoga therapy
✨ Somatic practices
✨ Breathwork
✨ Polyvagal Theory education + practical tools

Polyvagal Theory, a gamechanger for understanding your nervous system. By exploring how your body responds to stress, you’ll gain practical tools to feel more grounded and connected in everyday life.
