If we teach our children something, I hopes it’s this.

I’m in the process of learning how to do this at age 45. It’s never too late. Self-awareness is key to healing and self-compassion.

We are starting a women's support group and would love to have you attend. It starts Tuesday March 12th from 4:00 pm-5:30 pm for 6 weeks. Please RSVP to [email protected] if you would like to attend. It is free, we do accept Medicaid so you can use transportation to attend this group. Thank you and hope to see you there!
