🤩 Meet Tamara Sandmeyer, NP — Founder 👩‍⚕️

Tamara's path began in a family devoted to healthy living and herbal medicine, and continued through her training as a Master Herbalist. That early foundation sparked a lifelong purpose: not just to treat illness, but to help people become their own healers. 🌱

Standing at Alpine Lake in Idaho's Sawtooth ⛰️ Mountains, she finally gave that dream a voice. Her husband's response stayed with her: "Do it — because the dream is not enough." She went on to earn her Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner.

A year spent in hospice care left a lasting impression, walking alongside families through the difficult journeys of congestive heart failure and Alzheimer's. That experience shaped her focus toward anti-aging medicine, leading her to advanced certifications in hormone therapy, peptide therapy, and anti-aging medicine — proactive care to help reduce disease risk and support optimal health with age. 💛

Today, Tamara brings together her herbal roots and evidence-based hormone & peptide expertise to solve each client's unique health puzzle 🧩, often making progress where other providers have not.
