Last night reminded me how thankful I am to be part of this community. It was an honor to connect with some amazing birth workers.

There's just something special about being in a room with people who all care so deeply about supporting women. We had the best conversations, shared ideas, learned from each other, and geeked out over how amazing the human body really is. Looking forward to the next meeting!

Looking to connect with local parents and birth workers? Join the Doula Collective of Idaho this Thursday, June 18th at 5:00 PM!

We are gathering at Ann Morrison Park right by the playground for an evening of community, movement, and sharing.

✨ What’s happening:

Baby Clothes & Gear Swap – Bring items to share or just come grab what you need!

Fuel Up Nutrition – Enjoy refreshing drinks while we chat.

Pre/Postnatal Fitness Support – Chat with experts and get moving.

Family Fun – We'll have sidewalk chalk and playground fun for the little ones.🧺

What to bring: A blanket or lawn chair, swap items (optional), and your kiddos!

This is a completely FREE event open to all families, and parents-to-be. We can't wait to see you there!

Hey sweet families! I am stepping away from my screen for a brief pause to rest and recharge.

I will be completely out of office and offline starting tomorrow, June 6th, and will return on June 13th.

Last Friday, I had the absolute privilege of meeting with an amazing new doula! ☕✨

We spent a wonderful afternoon catching up at one of my favorite local coffee shops, getting to know each other, and diving into the custom doula guide I created just for her. It was such a joy to bond over our shared passion for ⁠postpartum doula care and creating nourishing, ⁠warming recovery meals that help new moms heal from the inside out during the fourth trimester. 🥑🍲
