The Terraces of Boise is a non-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) that offers a full continuum of care on one campus that includes independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Located in the heart of Boise, The Terraces is only ten minutes from downtown, and is conveniently situated near the Boise River Greenbelt, where residents

can enjoy easy access to parks, trails, foothills and lakes. Community amenities include a fitness center, bistro, library, salon and more. As the first and only retirement community in Boise to offer the benefits of Life Care, The Terraces is a bit of a senior living trailblazer. The Terraces of Boise features 149 independent living apartments, 12 cottage homes, 40 assisted living apartments, 24 memory support suites and 48 private skilled nursing suites. All residents enjoy maintenance-free living complete with housekeeping and laundry services. Health services, including assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing offers direct admission on a month-to-month rental basis. Residents living independently may choose from spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments and cottage homes with a private patio or balcony, individual washer and dryer, fully equipped modern kitchen, and walk-in closets. Assisted living is available, with individualized plans tailored to meet the wants and needs of residents based on health and personal preferences. Residents in need of assisted living may choose to live in one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as loft-style floor plans. The Terraces of Boise is owned by HumanGood, a nonprofit public benefit corporation serving older adults since 1949. HumanGood is one of the nation’s largest nonprofit providers of senior housing and services, and the largest organization of its kind, whose goal is to redefine the meaning of aging well for adults 55 and older.
