Open to individuals who are called to make change. Whether that's through Somatic Experiencing, a consistent yoga practice, somatic breathwork, or bodywork, if you're ready to step into this work, fully, for an entire year, but have felt financially constrained to do so, please apply!

There is so much power in the breath.

Taking even a few minutes to slow down and mindfully breathe can create such a profound shift in our overall sense of well-being.

If you haven't yet today, invite yourself to take 1-3 minutes for you.

Inhale for a count of 4.
Exhale for a count of 6.

With each round of extended exhales, choose to soften and let go in your physical body as you release the breath.

Don't overthink it. Just breathe in for 4, exhale for 6 and just let go.

Practice this for 1-3 minutes.

When you're complete, notice how you feel - without attachment. Without judgement. Simply notice.

Come back tomorrow and gift yourself those 1-3 minutes of mindful breathing again.💫

This week marks my last class at True North Yoga, and it's bittersweet💫

For years, this sweet little Hyde Park studio has been a place where I’ve had the privilege of meeting, flowing, and connecting with so many wonderful humans.

Naomi, the owner of True North, welcomed me into the studio to offer my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training graduation project before I even taught there! That project was my first offering at True North, and led to the Monday evening vinyasa class I’ve been teaching ever since.

I’m so grateful for all that this space — and these students — have shared with me. 💚
