Come yoga with us ✨
We see you. The you, as you are, in this moment. The you, which you aspire to be. This space is nourished with love, light, and learning. So the seed may grow limbs, as a tree 🌱💚🌳

Students mentioned fixating on the teeny tiny clock on the thermostat, if they are positioned in front of it. That external information becomes a focal point. Where attention goes, energy flows. In your practice, on your mat, is a perfect time to practice an internal point of focus. Focus on the moment. Feel exactly what you feel. Be here now ✨

Happy Birthday LITL!!! 2 years?!? It seems like yesterday; and also like 10 years. Holy moly, how we’ve grown!! A testament to the love, energy, and authenticity poured into everything we do. We would be nowhere without the incredible community, of course. We, as one big LITL family, nourish and nurture the building, the business, and the beautiful humans that show up. So, please, come celebrate with us... this Wednesday April 1st— we’re offering FREE classes all day 🥰 Invite your friends, family, neighbors, acquaintances, random people in the street… because we are all in this together… and all together, here we grow 🌱💚🌳

Space. A theme I’ve been weaving into everything in my life lately. Cleaning/purging to simplify my home. Slowing the pace, taking time to sit and stare. Shedding old skins of self and patterns of thinking to make room for new versions, new view. There is this infinite potential that comes with space, in space. Like this extraordinarily epic space show. Credit to the incredibly talented for capturing and creating the timelapse, and for inviting me to shake up my evening routine and go look at the sky. Words won’t do justice to the buzzing I felt, in witnessing this universal display; for even though the camera is able to capture colors more intensely than the naked eye, I saw. We saw. The power of space. The beauty of space. The potential of space. My word for this year is “evolve”- to make conscious choices, small steps each day, to be better. To pause before action, to provide space for response rather than reaction: who and how do I want to be? BE THAT. Evolve into that 🌟💫✨
