Found a sweet local coffee shop this week with over a dozen different brews on there menu. I chose Costa Rica, I mean why wouldn’t I? It was perfect with the house made almond puff pastry while finishing up Julia - Newborn Mothers Such a great read. I am recommending it to all my clients. I’ve said it for years now and I’ll keep saying it. Pregnancy/birth is transformative, EVERY SINGLE TIME!! It’s a sacred rite and it includes the 4th trimester/postpartum ... we need to prepare for, honor and protect newborn mothers and babies.

While a small percentage of women do not feel pain from contractions the vast majority of women will feel pain, ‘If you’re not prepared for pain, you are not prepared for labor’ FULL STOP !
