JUNE PATIENT OF THE MONTH 🙌🏼

Rob has been a valued member of the Foothills Physical Therapy family for over 18 years! Throughout his military career, he has trusted us to help him stay healthy, recover from injuries, and continue doing what he loves.

As Rob prepares for retirement this year, he graciously invited our staff to tour Gowen Field and gave us a behind-the-scenes look at his world. We are honored to have been part of his healthcare journey and grateful for his years of service to our country.

Your pre-round routine matters more than you think ⛳️

Golf puts a surprising amount of stress on the body, from repetitive swings to hours on your feet. A proper warm-up and cool-down can help improve mobility, increase consistency, reduce soreness, and keep you playing pain-free for the long haul.

Just 5–10 minutes before and after your round can make a huge difference in both your performance and recovery.
