Since I was a tiny hooman, it’s been my greatest ambition to drop a grown man with a few well placed fingers.

Massage therapy was the only licensed occupation where it was legal to channel my inner Spock. Thanks to all my clients who let me practice and bring me closer to my dreams every day!!

My nerve pinch will probably be a work in progress for quite some time, but dammit, Jim, I’m an LMT, NOT A VULCAN!!!

Hey hero. You still have a responsibility to yourself.

I'm someone who deeply believes in the power of touch and how deeply we’re wired for connection.

We aren’t meant to spend our lives only giving. We aren’t meant to live in prolonged isolation. Touch, connection, rest, and being cared for matter.

Sometimes the people who are the best at showing up for everyone else are the worst at recognizing when they have nothing left for themselves.

Don’t wait until you have nothing left.
