Loving yourself isn’t just bubble baths and face masks. 🛀

It’s taking care of the body that carries you every single day.
It’s releasing the tight shoulders from stress.
It’s calming your nervous system.
It’s improving circulation and helping your muscles recover.
It’s giving yourself permission to fully rest. 💕

For the rest of month, I’m making it easier to pour back into you with $20 OFF any session, free hot stone upgrade and a complimentary hand or foot scrub! DM to book 💌

Wellness Wednesday 🌿

What you do in between your massage sessions matter!

Your body is constantly healing and adapting - here are some small daily habits that make a big difference:

• Gentle stretching 🧘
• Self-massage using a tennis or racket ball 🎾
• Heat therapy for muscle stiffness + tightnes🔥
• Cold therapy for inflammation or flare-ups🧊
• Epsom salt baths 🛁
• C*D or cooling/warming gels 🌱
• Drinking plenty of water💧
• Quality rest 😴

Think of massage as part of your wellness routine, not a one-time fix. This consistent care helps your body heal, reset, and stay balanced 🤍
If you have questions or want any of my recommendations, I’m an inbox away! ✉️

I have a few slots open next week:

This time of year can get loud — busy schedules, colder weather, holiday stress…
Your body feels all of it.
Pause. Breathe. Prioritize yourself.
A massage can help you reset, regulate, and come back home to your body. 🤍

Now accepting new clients in Eagle, Idaho!

September has been doing 90 in a 45! I kept meaning to pop on here, but you know how life gets sometimes 💨🍂
When things get busy and a little chaotic, don’t forget the small things that keep you grounded: staying hydrated 💧, moving your body 🏋🏼‍♀️ and giving yourself moments of real rest (like massage 😉).

🕯️I’m offering free hot stone upgrade to any session booked in October! 🥰
