You can always count on Joyce to be ready to join any activity. A snack lover, Joyce is always happy to participate in Kitchen Korner as well as attend every party she can! Joyce is also a natural "people person" and can strike up a conversation with anyone.

We hosted our first successful car show just this past Saturday showcasing American Classics to the Modern American to one rare right-handed drive car! Thank you to VITAS Healthcare and for helping us sponsor this awesome event, to Bailey’s Catering, to DJ Baron from SamaSama Project, to the staff of Encore at Bolingbrook, and of course to those who brought out their toy cars!!

🎶 It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood🎶

For sunbathing and watermelon, that is! Residents spent some time in the courtyard today enjoying the sunshine and basking in the breeze. Our wonderful culinary team cut up some juicy watermelon for the perfect warm weather snack. With oldies playing in the background, everyone delighted in a beautiful afternoon!

Residents enjoyed a variety of fun activities, both physical and cognitive. Activities provide a sense of belonging, encourage socialization and connection, as well as keep residents stimulated and content.

Celebrating all the wonderful mothers in our community 🌷💕

A warm and joyful morning was enjoyed by all at our Mother’s Day Tea! Our chef whipped up some savory snacks and sweet treats along with offering a variety of teas and coffee. And of course, every special lady wore a corsage!

We are so grateful to spend the day surrounded with love and gratitude for all moms 🥰

We had the pleasure of hosting a pre- Kentucky Derby social at our community, and it was truly a wonderful afternoon.

It was a small, intimate gathering that allowed for more meaningful conversation and connection.

In our ✨baking era✨

Every Wednesday, our residents whip up some delicious treats! Brownies, muffins, cookies and more have come out of the kitchen for everyone to enjoy. Baking together encourages collaboration, teamwork, and friendship.

Come by on hump day to sneak a peek (and smell!) of the residents’ wonderful creations!
