UPDATED CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Effective Immediately

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we are implementing the following policy to protect appointment availability and our time.

50% Deposit for New Bookings

A 50% deposit of the scheduled service price is required at the time of booking for all new massage appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

Clients who are documented in our system as having not shown up for a scheduled appointment without notice will be required to prepay 100% of the service price for all future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to respect our clients’ appointment times while protecting our business from the impact of last-minute cancellations and missed appointments.

Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
