We love tasty, healthy food and we love it even more when we can make a meal of things we raised ourselves. This morning we made a scramble of greens, garlic scapes, wine cap mushrooms and cackle berries (as Kent Rawlings would say) from our hens. Eating fresh is easier in the Spring and Summer!
