Daniel “Danny” Ray Curl, 73 of Dunnegan, Missouri, peacefully passed into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Parkview Health Care Facility in Bolivar.
Danny was born at Cox North, Springfield, Missouri, on February 24, 1953, to Bueford and Neta Curl. He graduated from Fair Play High School in 1971. He was married to Dianne (Vance) Curl on September 20, 1974. From this union, Allison Rae and Ashley Rose were born. He was a farmer, farming the Curl Family Century Farm his entire life. He also worked for Doke Propane in Bolivar for over 20 years. He volunteered with the Fair Play Fire Department for many years as well.
Danny was a lifelong member of the Spring Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Dunnegan. He accepted the Lord Jesus as his Savior at an early age. He served by teaching Sunday School class, leading singing, he was the Superintendent, and Elder of the church for many years. In recent years he attended Dadeville Baptist Church.
Danny was an exceptionally hard worker who took great pride in providing for his family. He balanced early morning farm chores alongside his daily work at Doke Propane, where he deeply valued the connections he made with the customers on his route. Beyond his strong work ethic, Danny’s true passion was his family.
