A simple approach to using our isolator tool. I roll the tool around the area we are focusing on. We make multiple passes until eventually he stops me on a hotspot. I adjust my angle and confirm we are still on the same spot. Then I slowly add body weight in and when we reach the desired pressure I hold for one to two minutes.
