FYI the machine coming from UHC to do eye exams will be late, so they will not be able to do any of Mondays scheduled exams. This is entirely dependent on UHC. We will be trying to call everyone scheduled, but of course we didn't learn until this morning, either. Tuesday patients should be fine to come as scheduled. Again, apologies for any inconvenience, but it is out of our control.

We think the internet, and therefore the phones, are fixed this morning. We apologize for anyone who had difficulty contacting us the last few days. Also, we have a solution to anyone else who uses mediacom and is frustrated by constant "downtime." We will post the solution in a few days after confirming that it is very effective.

We are having continued internet issues, which means we have no phones. Sorry for anyone trying to call. Please leave a voicemail and we will try to access these later on.

To the community: we are having periodic disruption of our internet service. This also affects the phone system. If you are on a call with us, and it suddenly drops, call back in 5 minutes. The outage cycle is about that long. We promise we are not trying to hang up on you!

Update: the week of May 18th, we will host UHC's mobile eye exam machine for 1-2 days. Exact date to come; anyone we share with UHC, who also has diabetes, will be able to get their eye screening done locally at that time.

Today is the day of our open house, starting at 3pm and ending no later than 5pm. Come out and meet Dr Moore and his family, plus see the new facility. Thank you to any who attend.
