Not a page where everything is beautiful and the captions are aspirational, and the hard parts are summarized in a lesson with a bow on it.

A page where you can come when you are in the middle of the hard part. Where "I am barely holding on today" is welcomed as honestly as "I had a breakthrough today." Where the community around you has been somewhere real and come back with something worth offering.

The thing about healing in public is that it requires you to trust the people watching. To believe that your honest, unfinished story has value to someone, not despite the hard parts, but because of them.

I am choosing to trust that. And I am asking you to trust me with yours.

My DMs are open. Not for advice necessarily, just for honest company. If you are going through something, reach out. Tell me where you are in it. Not the polished version. The real one.

Because someone should know. And I want it to be me. 💜

DM me your WHY. I read every single one. This community is built on them. 💜

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁. 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺.

When was the last time you rested without feeling guilty?

So many of us have been taught that our worth is measured by how much we accomplish. We celebrate being busy, push through exhaustion, and convince ourselves that rest is something we have to earn.

But what if that's the belief that's keeping you tired?

Rest isn't a reward for working hard enough.

It's part of how you stay strong enough to keep going.

Your body doesn't need permission to rest because you've finished every task on your list. It needs rest because you're human.

The emails can wait.
The laundry can wait.
The perfect timing can wait.

What can't wait is taking care of the person who carries it all.

Today, instead of asking, "What else do I need to get done?" try asking, "What do I need today?"

You might be surprised by the answer.

Remember this:

✨ Rest is not giving up.
✨ Rest is not falling behind.
✨ Rest is one of the most productive things you can do for your mind, body, and soul.

Take the break.
Drink the water.
Go for the walk.
Close the laptop.
Breathe.

Your future self will thank you for choosing restoration over burnout.

💜 If someone you love has been carrying too much lately, tag them below as a reminder that they don't have to earn the right to rest.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳.

During treatment, I discovered something about control that I wish I had learned earlier.

When your body is doing something you didn't choose, the impact of diagnosis and life circumstances on medical decisions outside your reach, and the psychological weight of helplessness, is enormous. I was not prepared for it. I thought I would handle it with grace.

I didn't always. Some days, I handled it by crying in the car. Some other days, picking a fight about something small because the big things were too frightening to address directly, even in something that small, because choice felt like survival.

What I learned through that is something I carry into every coaching session now: control is a story we tell ourselves, and in crisis, the story changes. The shift is learning to locate your power not in what you can control, but in how you respond to what you cannot.

That shift does not make the hard things less hard. But it changes your relationship to them. You stop being a passenger. You start being the participant, even from the hospital bed.

If you're walking through a season that feels beyond your control, know this: your strength isn't measured by how much you can control. It's revealed by how you choose to keep showing up.

If this message spoke to you, share it with someone who needs the reminder today. 💜

𝗜'𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.

A message from someone about what she's going through. She ended her message with these words:

"I thought of you. I kept going because you kept going."

I had to put my phone down and sit for a moment.

Because I know exactly what it feels like to need someone else's proof that it's possible. To look at another person's recovery and think, but will that be me? Will I get there? What if I don't?

Here is the truth about those questions: you cannot answer them in advance. You can only keep going and let the answers arrive.

And here is the other truth: healing is contagious. The work you are doing in private, the hard, quiet, unglamorous work of recovery, is reaching people even when you don't know it. Someone is watching you keep going. Someone is getting back up because you did.

You are someone's proof, even if they haven't told you yet.

Share this with whoever needs to hear that today. 💜

Are you someone's proof that healing is possible? Share this with them. 💜

I𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽.

A new month doesn't erase what you've been carrying.

If June was hard, you don't have to pretend it wasn't.

Let July be a reminder that healing isn't about starting over; it's about taking one more step, even when it's small.

This month, I'm choosing grace over pressure, progress over perfection, and faith over fear.

Wherever you are today, that's enough to begin.

And if you're reading this, I hope you'll choose that for yourself too.

Welcome, July. 🤍

Send this to someone who needs a gentle reminder that they don't have to rush their healing.

𝗜'𝗺 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗹𝘆.

During the worst stretch of my treatment, I made a list. Not a bucket list. A guilt list. Every client I was afraid of letting down. Every person who depended on me. Every commitment I wasn't sure I could keep.

I wrote the list not to torture myself but because when fear was the loudest, I needed to look at what I was fighting for. I needed the names on that page to make the abstract concrete. To turn "I want to survive" into something specific, something with faces.

That list became my why. And my why became my how.

Whatever you are going through right now, if you can find your list, the specific names and reasons and futures you are fighting toward, I believe that list will carry you on the days when you cannot carry yourself.

Purpose is not abstract. It is a list of reasons why you kept going.

Share it with someone else who needs it. 💜

Mondays have a way of making us question ourselves.

Maybe you're stepping into this week feeling behind.
It seems you're carrying disappointment from last week.
Maybe you're waiting for motivation to show up before you take the next step.

But here's your reminder:

Your light was never meant to depend on perfect circumstances.

It's still there on the days you feel uncertain.
It's still there when progress feels slow.
It's still there even when no one else can see it yet.

Sometimes life asks us to pause, grow quietly, and trust that what's happening beneath the surface matters just as much as what the world can see.

Don't mistake a quiet season for a powerless one.

Every small step...
Every kind decision...
Every time you choose hope instead of fear...

You're letting your light shine.

So walk into this week with confidence, not because everything is figured out, but because "you already have what you need inside you."

Your light isn't lost.

It's becoming brighter with every step you take. 💜

What is YOUR purpose holding on to you when you can't hold on to it? 🔥 Tell me below.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆.

During one of my longest nights in the hospital, I stared at the ceiling and thought: my diagnosis is not allowed to be the most important thing about me.

I don't know where that thought came from. It wasn't strength exactly. It was more like stubbornness. A refusal to let the hardest thing in my story become the whole story.

That stubbornness, that decision to be more than what I was going through, is something I had to recommit to almost every day. Because fear is persistent, it will take up as much space as you give it. And the way I learned to manage it was not to fight it but to refuse to let it sit at the head of the table.

It gets a chair. Fear has earned a chair; it's not irrational, it's not weakness, it belongs in the room. But it does not get to lead. I get to lead. And on the days when I couldn't lead myself, I asked my purpose to do for me.

That is the shift I want to offer you today.

'Stronger Than My Diagnosis', not because the diagnosis wasn't real, but because you are more real.

If today's message spoke to something you've been carrying, I created a free Healing Guide for moments exactly like these.
