This young man came to us with a retrusive chin, where the chin sits farther back than ideal in relation to the lips and the rest of the face.

For this case, Dr. Casey is performing a **genioplasty** a procedure that carefully repositions the patient’s own chin bone forward to create better projection, balance, and facial harmony.
