🌱🍚 Quick, Easy & Healthy Quinoa Stir-Fry 🍚🌱

Looking for a nourishing and flavorful meal? Try our Quick Quinoa Stir-Fry - a delightful blend of textures and tastes that's sure to satisfy your taste buds! 😋🥦🥕

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook quinoa: Toast and simmer quinoa until fluffy, then cool and refrigerate for later convenience.
2️⃣ Prepare the sauce: Whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl, creating the perfect balance of flavors to suit your taste buds.
3️⃣ Sauté the veggies: In a skillet, add sesame oil, carrots, and a splash of coconut aminos. Cook to perfection, allowing the flavors to meld for 3-4 minutes. Then, toss in the green onions, broccoli, and optional cashews, adding more coconut aminos as desired. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
