Back to school means that kids need their physicals, EKGs, and sports forms signed.
We’ve partnered with the Chubby Mermaid Brewing Co. to offer an affordable option for SWFL families and we are offering the whole package for $75. Come Saturday and visit us from 12 to 4:30 pm and get your child’s requirements done. We will also have vitamin and mineral boosters for parents.
It is very recommended to register beforehand because spots fill out fast!
