🎉 Happy 23rd Birthday, Jeffrey! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating the guy who keeps A1 running behind the scenes! 🚗⛽🌿

Jeffrey is the one who keeps our vehicles clean, fueled up, and ready to roll. He’s always willing to run errands, take care of the plants, keep the parking lot looking great, tackle the weeds, and handle all those jobs the rest of us would rather not do.

Working with a team of women isn’t always easy, but Jeffrey keeps us laughing with his jokes, has a great sense of humor, and is always a good sport—even when we manage to get him into a little trouble! 😄

Thank you, Jeffrey, for everything you do. We truly appreciate your hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever you’re needed.

We hope your 23rd birthday is filled with lots of laughter, great memories, and everything that makes you smile.

🌳🔎 Adventure Awaits! 🔎🌳

Our participants from A1 Adult Day Habilitation Center enjoyed a wonderful day at Engler Park for a fun-filled scavenger hunt!

The scavenger hunt encouraged teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and observation skills while giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. From searching for items on the list to celebrating each discovery, there were plenty of smiles, laughter, and great memories made along the way.

We’re so proud of our participants for working together and making the most of this exciting community outing. Thank you to our amazing staff for helping make the day a success!

🍋 Happy National Lemon Day! 🍋

Today at A1 Adult Day Habilitation Center, we celebrated National Lemon Day by making fresh lemonade together! Our participants had a wonderful time helping mix the ingredients and, of course, enjoying a cool, refreshing glass of homemade lemonade.

Simple activities like this encourage teamwork, following directions, social interaction, and create lots of smiles along the way.

🍕🍩🍟Happy National Junk Food Day! 🍭🍫🍪

Yesterday at A1 Adult Day Habilitation Center, we celebrated National Junk Food Day with a delicious buffet filled with everyone’s favorite treats!
Our participants and staff joined in the fun by bringing their favorite junk foods to share, creating a table full of smiles. From sweet treats to savory favorites, there was something for everyone to enjoy!
A BIG thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make the day so much fun. We love creating special memories together and celebrating the little things that bring joy and laughter to our A1 family.

We are so very proud of Tamara and Vicki for continuing to accomplish goals! These ladies completed their Level 1 Med Aide training over the weekend so they could assist our consumers with medications on outings!

🍦📚 A Sweet Day at A1 Adult Day Habilitation Center! 📚🍦

A heartfelt thank you to Missy from the Desloge Public Library for visiting us and reading a wonderful story in celebration of National Ice Cream Day! Our participants enjoyed listening to the book and sharing in the fun.

To make the day even sweeter, Missy surprised everyone with delicious ice cream, which brought lots of smiles and excitement to our group.

We truly appreciate the Desloge Public Library’s continued partnership and all they do to make learning fun and engaging for our participants. Thank you, Missy, for another memorable visit—we always look forward to seeing you!
