It's like that time after I first moved into this house and some people came to the door looking for the prior resident. I meant to say that the person didn't live here anymore, but instead awkwardly blurted out "Nevermore!" like I'm some kind of Edgar Allen Poe raven.

Chances are that you are replaying something awkward you said WAY more than the other person is ever thinking about it. Try to let it go. We are all silly gooses at times.

Whatever the going trend is on social media is going to be the next thing that heals you. (Being facetious here.)

You can't green smoothie your way out of complex health issues. Can it be one factor that could help with symptom reduction? Sure.

Just don't let the top trending reels and posts dictate that complex illness and pain can be treated through a simplistic method or product.
