What if one cup of tea could help quiet cravings and bring your whole system back into balance?

In Ayurveda, three seeds—coriander, cumin, and fennel—have long been used together for their ability to support digestion, cool inflammation, and gently harmonize all three doshas. Whether you tend to run hot, scattered, or heavy, this simple combination meets you where you are.

Try it for yourself:
🫚 3 cups water
🌿 1 tsp cumin seeds
🫚 1 tsp coriander seeds
🌿 1 tsp fennel seeds

Bring the water to a boil.
Add the cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds, and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let steep for 1 minute. Strain.

If you want a free seasonal guide to Ayurveda comment GUIDE and we will send it over.

What if the thing you've been searching for in every class, every book, every quiet moment alone—is waiting for you in 21 days you haven't given yourself yet?

Lineage. You're stepping into a tradition that goes back centuries, rooted in the Vedas and carried forward by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. This isn't yoga as fitness. It's yoga as it was always meant to be—a path back to yourself.

Science. Functional anatomy that helps you understand your own body in a way that changes everything. How you move. How you breathe. How you hold yourself when life feels heavy.

Setting. 21 days in the mountains. No noise. No rushing. Just you, the practice, and the kind of stillness that makes room for what's been waiting underneath.

Two formats. Sept 4–23 on campus, or hybrid through Oct 25.

The people who come through this training don't all become teachers. But they do leave different. Lighter. More at peace with who they are. Connected to something they didn't have words for before—and now they do.

If a part of you has been whispering that it's time, maybe this is the answer.

What becomes possible when you let go?

Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar reminds us that mind & awareness is not a destination — it is our deepest nature, waiting to be recognized.

"Once you detach and let go, your mind stays in the present and becomes more aware. You will also find yourself smiling more and feeling more joyful."

If you are interested in learning more, our Signature Retreats offer ancient wisdom through breathwork, yoga, and meditation. These practices are designed to reduce stress, support emotional balance, and improve mental clarity. Follow this link for details: https://loom.ly/Cc1QUcw

Is your mind, body, and spirit craving a deeper level of wellness?

True wellness isn't one thing — it's eight interconnected dimensions: physical, emotional, social, intellectual, environmental, spiritual, occupational, and financial. When even one is out of balance, the whole picture shifts.

At the Art of Living Retreat Center, we offer programs that support physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and environmental wellness — and sometimes, a retreat is exactly what brings the clarity or inspiration to support your occupational or financial wellness too.

Swipe through, and see which dimension is asking for your attention. 🌿

You know that feeling when one small thing throws off your entire day? This is what changes with the Happiness Program.

Demetre—known to us as Tree—has always considered himself a happy person. But since completing the program, he's noticed something different: he stays in a good mood longer. When something happens that used to knock him down, he can now feel it, acknowledge it, and turn it around, then get right back to his day.

That's the shift so many people experience here: not the absence of hard moments, but a steadier way of meeting them.

The 80/20 rule is a modern way of describing something ancient wisdom has always understood: small, consistent shifts create profound results. Meditation is one of those small shifts.

With regular practice, many people experience less stress, greater emotional resilience, improved focus, better sleep, and a deeper sense of overall well-being. In a world that often pulls our attention outward, meditation offers a reliable path back to steadiness within.
