A friendly reminder that we are accepting donations through December 22nd to donate to the Boone Schools. Hope you have a great day!!!

Please join us this holiday season in giving back to the families of Boone. All donations will be split between our schools. We are accepting donations until December 22, 2025. Examples are: new and unused nonperishable food items, hygiene items, and unisex clothing of all sizes. Donations can be dropped off at the clinic and put under our Christmas tree. If you have any questions, please call the clinic 515-432-9525. As always, thank you for your generosity this holiday season.
