One of the biggest mistakes I see people make with plantar fasciitis is assuming they need a better exercise.

Most of the time, they don’t.

They need a better progression.

The reality is that almost any exercise can help if it’s matched to your current capacity and progressed appropriately over time.

The problem is that most people are left asking:

➡️ Am I doing enough?
➡️ Am I doing too much?
➡️ What should I do next?
➡️ Why did my pain come back?
➡️ How do I progress from here?

That’s exactly why I created the Foot Capacity System.

Not because plantar fasciitis is complicated.

Because progression is.

Inside the Foot Capacity System you’ll find a complete step-by-step system that tells you what to do from the beginning of rehab all the way through building a stronger, more resilient foot.

It includes:
✅ Progressions
✅ Regressions
✅ Flare-up management
✅ Capacity tracking
✅ Clear guidance on what to do next

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start following a structured plan, you can learn more at FixYourMovement.com (link in bio).

And if you’re on the fence, I completely understand.

That’s why the Foot Capacity System comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee and multiple payment options.

You can try the entire system with very little risk and decide for yourself if it’s the right fit.

Not quite ready for that?

Comment “CHECK” and I’ll send you my free Clarity Assessment.

It will help you understand:
✔️ Where you are in your plantar fasciitis journey
✔️ How severe your symptoms are
✔️ What your next steps should be

No guessing. Just clarity.

Take care and God

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make with plantar fasciitis is starting rehab without first understanding where they are starting.

They try stretches.

They try exercises.

They buy new shoes.

They buy orthotics.

But they never stop to ask:

“What’s actually the best next step for me?”

As a physical therapist, I don’t make treatment decisions blindly.

I assess first.

That’s why I created the Clarity Assessment.

In just a few minutes, you’ll discover:

✓ Your plantar fasciitis profile

✓ Your current level of limitation

✓ Where you’re starting

✓ A clear path forward

If you’ve been feeling stuck, confused, or unsure what to do next, this is for you.

Comment CHECK and I’ll send you the free assessment.

I hope you find it helpful.

Take care and God bless.

Most plantar fasciitis rehab focuses on what hurts.

The best plantar fasciitis rehab focuses on what your foot can and can’t do.

That’s why these 5 movements matter.

✅ Great toe strength
✅ Ankle inverter strength
✅ Calf strength
✅ Great toe mobility
✅ Ankle mobility

Each one plays an important role in how your foot absorbs force, creates force, and tolerates the demands of walking, running, exercise, and daily life.

The challenge isn’t finding a few good exercises.

The challenge is knowing:

• When to start them
• How much to do
• When to progress them
• What to do if symptoms increase
• How to adjust on good days and bad days

That’s exactly why I created the Foot Capacity System.

The Foot Capacity System takes the guesswork out of plantar fasciitis rehab by showing you exactly what to do from the beginning of the process all the way through building a stronger, more resilient foot.

The program tracks your symptoms, helps guide your progressions, and gives you a plan for flare-ups so you’re never left wondering what to do next.

And because plantar fasciitis recovery doesn’t happen overnight, you’ll have lifetime access to the program so you can move at the pace your body needs.

One of the biggest misconceptions about plantar fasciitis is that you should never walk barefoot.

For some people, barefoot activity may be too irritating right now.

For others, it may be something they can gradually work back toward.

The goal isn’t to force yourself to be barefoot.

And the goal isn’t to rely on supportive shoes forever either.

The goal is to gradually rebuild confidence and tolerance so your foot can handle more over time.

That’s exactly why I created this free Barefoot Recovery Guide.

Inside you’ll find 3 simple drills designed to help you begin rebuilding confidence in your feet again.

Comment BAREFOOT and I’ll send it to you.

God Bless!

Good doesn’t have to be complicated.

Having a certain level of balance is required for this drill or else you could take a tumble.

A simple acceleration to deceleration is great and challenging for the entire system. Your feet, ankles, and legs wont have a choice but to get stronger.

Is this one you’ll try or skip?

Take Care!
God Bless!

Plantar fasciitis is often the result of a mismatch between what your foot can tolerate and what you’ve asked it to do.

That’s how it starts.

And for many people, it never fully goes away because they never complete the process of rebuilding that lost capacity.

If you’re sick and tired of the pain → rest → activity → pain cycle, visit FixYourMovement.com (link in bio).

That’s where you’ll find my program designed to help people overcome plantar fasciitis by progressively rebuilding foot capacity.

If you’re unsure whether something like this is right for you, you can try it completely risk-free for 30 days.

Trust me, I know you’ve already bought the shoes, the orthotics, the tape, and everything else in between.

But if you haven’t tried a system that progressively rebuilds your foot’s capacity, then unfortunately you may not have experienced what a true long-term solution looks like.

I hope you found this helpful.

As always, take care and God bless.

This is one of my favorite movements to strengthen the muscles along the arch of the foot.

It’s really challenging. If you are not used to movements like this you may get a cramp. If that’s you, then you can perform resisted toe flexion with a band.

If you want strong feet, this movement is for you!

Take Care.
God Bless!

When was the last time you jumped?

When was the last time you trained jumping?

If it’s been a long time or you’re interested in trying it again movements like this can be a good place to start.

What do you think? Is this something you could do?

Well, I hope you found that helpful and as always take care and God bless!
