On September 11, we remember a day that changed our nation forever.

We honor those we lost, those who answered the call to help, and those who carry the memories of that day with them still.

🧠 Your brain may only weigh about 3 pounds, but it stays BUSY!

Making up only about 2% of your body weight, your brain accounts for roughly 20% of your body’s energy use. Pretty impressive for something that small!

From memory and movement to balance and beyond, your brain plays a role in just about everything you do.

A healthier community starts with something simple: looking out for each other. 💛

Check on your neighbor. Call that friend you haven’t heard from. Offer a hand when someone needs one. And sometimes, just ask:

“How are you really doing?”

Small acts of kindness and connection can make a big difference.

A healthier community takes all of us.

RSV season is here, and little lungs can get hit hard. 🫁

RSV often starts with symptoms that look like a common cold, but it can become more serious, especially for infants and young children. Keep an eye out for runny nose, fever, coughing or wheezing, decreased eating or drinking, unusual drowsiness, and trouble breathing.

If your child isn’t feeling like themselves, don’t wait to get them checked. Our Primary Care team is here to help.

Know the signs. Protect little lungs. 💛
